Our client faced a significant challenge with their land, which sloped steeply from 8 meters high to ground level over a 25-meter area. They wanted to build a house on this uneven terrain, which required substantial modification to create a stable and level site.
We addressed this issue by engineering an 80-meter retaining wall, reaching 4.5 meters at its highest point and lifting 2 meters at the front. To achieve this, our team used a cut and fill technique, expertly cutting down the bank to create a level surface. This process not only stabilised the land but also provided a solid foundation for the future house. Additionally, we completed the house pad, prepared and formed the driveway, and supplied and laid the concrete, ensuring a comprehensive solution for the client’s needs.
