Ōpunake 4Square

In response to the need for a commercial floor pad and car park for the new Ōpunake 4Square building, Clelands Construction brought Excavat in as a subcontractor to handle the detailed excavations and site preparations. Our team started with the excavations and prep for the building floor pad and detailed footing excavations. We then formed, supplied and laid the carpark and driveway. We also prepped and formed the loading area, spread topsoil for the gardens, handled tie-ins and repairs to the existing footpaths, repairing and connecting the rear access way. To complete the project, we topped it off with line marking for the driveway and car parking.
