Commercial Floor Pad

Our client needed a large, stable floor pad for their new 2700sqm commercial building. The site required precise preparation to ensure the foundation could support the extensive new structure.

We tackled this by constructing the entire building pad. We began by digging the necessary footings to provide a solid base for the structure. Our team then carefully flattened the main pad ensuring a perfectly level surface. Then we performed a precise final trim to achieve the exact specifications required for the building pad. In addition we prepared the surrounding landscaping, integrating it seamlessly with the plans for the site.
